Three Marriage contracts: the marriage contract of Tuhfah Khanum and ʻAbd al-Samad in [1888?] with a mahr of 19 misqals of gold; the marriage contract of Khavar Khanum, daughter of Ustad Baba (the masseur), and Faraj Allah, son of Husayn Quli Bayg, including divorce stipulations and the testimony of witnesses, 1888. Three marriage contracts: the marriage contract of Qamar Talʻat Khanum (Khanumagah) dated 6 November 1882, in which Rashid Bayg (chief of Police) and Mulla Mahmud act on her behalf; the marriage contract of Pari Jahan, daughter of Virdi Kalah (?), and Ahmad, son of Muhammad, with a mahr of 3 tumans, dated January 2,1883; the marriage contract of Shah Jahan Khanum, daughter of Sufi Muhammad Karim Javanrudi, and Muhammad Karim, son of Muhammad Sharif, with a mahr of 1 tuman and 5000 dinars, dated September 19, 1884.

Settlement, 1884
Haji Muhammad Baqir, son of the late Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, settled a piece of land and a garden with Muhammad Karim Khan Vakil al-Raʻaya, Haji Muhammad ʻAli, son of Haji Muhammad Tahir, and Muhammad Ibrahim after giving the share of Muhammad Ibrahim's wife, according to their marriage contract. Based on the current settlement, the above property is being transferred to Haji Muhammad Baqir's sons, Muhammad Ibrahim and ʻAli Akbar in exchange for one hundred and eighty tumans.

Settlement of a garden, 1831
A garden in Mubarakah village had been purchased from Zayn al-‘Abidin by Haj Muhammad ‘Ali and his brother, Husayn, and then transferred from Husayn to Aqa ‘Ali, son of Haj Muhammad ‘Ali. On August 13, 1831, Aqa ‘Ali and his children, ‘Abd Allah and Khanum Jan, transferred the ownership of the garden to Mashhadi Hasan, in exchange for ten tumans. On December 23, 1831 (verso), Mashhadi Hasan sold this property to his brother, Aqa Muhammad, for fifteen tumans. Marriage contract of Fatimah Baygum, daughter of Karbalayi Aqa, with Mashhadi Muhammad Taqi (son of Karbalayi ‘Abd al-Rahim (merchant)) as attorney, and ‘Abd al-Husayn, son of Karbalayi Mirza Muhammad, with his brother (‘Abd al-Hashim) as attorney. The mahr is eighty tumans as well as one tuman for a copy of a Qur’an.

Regarding Hajiyah Khanum's properties
Copy of the statement by Haji Mirza Ibrahim Shari‘atmadar (local religious notable) on how Haji Aqa ‘Ali Akbar used the property owned by his wife, Hajiyah Khanum (daughter of Aqa Muhammad), became in debt and thus settled his own property to Hajiyah Khanum and her two children while paying a sum to his other two children from his temporary wives. Hajiyah Khanum dealt with Aqa ‘Ali Akbar's creditors after his death, gave her daughter her share of inheritance and married her off.
